Here's a great recipe that I was a little weary of but the proof is in the, err, muesli (and the photos)
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup OJ
1 apple, peeled & grated
Mix oats with wheat germ and apricots. Add OJ and let sit for at least 5 minutes (I also added about 1/4 cup water). Stir in grated apple. You can use a hand held blender for a few seconds, but I didn't do that and Daniel still ate it up! Check it out and enjoy!
